By ordering, you agree to the terms applicable to the purchase, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement and be authorized to use the payment method supplied. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

If an account is used, protect its login details and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Our collection covers smart fishing equipment, reel and line tools, sonar, bite alerts, lighting, portable power, tackle storage and fish-handling products. Review the individual listing for the model and components included.

Images may illustrate an intended setting or use. Props, bait, rods, lures or other scene accessories are not included unless expressly listed. Screen graphics may be illustrative. Color can vary with lighting and display settings, but products must match their description in material respects.

An order submission is a request to purchase. A receipt acknowledgement confirms that the request reached us; fulfillment can depend on payment verification, availability and the ability to deliver.

If an order cannot be accepted because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, a failed payment or a legal restriction, we contact you and refund any payment captured for the unfulfilled items. We do not change an agreed price without your consent.

Delivery takes 2-7 days. Standard shipping is US$2.99 and Express shipping is US$5.99. A separate processing period is not added to this delivery window, and no next-day Express guarantee is stated.

We offer 30-day free returns and exchanges from delivery. We cover the arranged return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. Contact customer support for the correct destination and a prepaid label or another no-cost method.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Our Return & Refund Policy describes the process, original shipping treatment and exchanges. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped or amended. A successfully canceled order before dispatch carries no cancellation fee.

Once shipped, an order may need to follow the return process instead.

Follow the supplied setup, charging and operating instructions. Confirm compatibility, rated limits and suitable conditions before using electrical equipment, sonar, reels or support stands. Use sharp tools carefully and keep them away from children.

Observe local fishing regulations and handle fish responsibly. Product information does not guarantee a catch, replace safe boating practice or certify a product beyond the specifications expressly provided.

We may revise these terms for future transactions. Unless law requires otherwise, the version applicable when your order was placed governs that purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
